Thank you to everyone who submitted feedback about appointment availability, application tracking, processing times, website difficulties, communication and service-centre experiences. Your participation helps SACCUSA bring community concerns into constructive engagement with the relevant representatives.

The webinar will provide an opportunity for members and the broader diaspora to receive feedback, understand service arrangements and identify the official channels available for assistance.

By connecting our community with service providers and government representatives, SACCUSA helps build informed, trusted relationships. Reliable access to documentation also matters to families, entrepreneurs and professionals maintaining personal and business connections between South Africa and the USA.

This engagement forms part of our commitment to a sustainable people-to-people network that supports an active, connected South African business community abroad.

SACCUSA facilitates information and engagement; it does not process applications or provide individual passport or consular case updates.
