We Need Your Feedback On Your Experience With VFS Global

SACCUSA has received numerous enquiries regarding VFS services. We want to support our community but we need your feedback to raise issues with the DHA and Embassy.
South Africans in the USA—your experience matters!

If you used VFS Global services during the past year? What worked well, what proved challenging, and what would you like to see improved? SACCUSA wants to hear from you.

SACCUSA, will engage the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) officials at the South African Embassy in Washington, D.C., to convene a webinar during the first week of November 2026 to discuss and update our community on VFS Global services.

Your feedback will help shape the discussion and bring the community’s experiences and questions to the attention of DHA officials. We welcome positive feedback, concerns and practical suggestions relating to:

  • Appointment availability and booking difficulties
  • Website glitches and login problems
  • In-person service and waiting times
  • Communication and responses to complaints
  • Clarity of document requirements, fees and payments
  • Document collection and courier services
  • Overall experience and recommendations

Even a short email can make a valuable contribution.
