The South African Chamber of Commerce in the USA (SACCUSA) are urging South African sports fans planning to attend the FIFA World Cup 2026 in the United States to apply early for U.S. visitor visas and avoid missing the tournament due to processing delays.Atlanta will host multiple group-stage matches including the South Africa Bafana Bafana Match on 18 June 2026 and a semi-final in July, making Atlanta one of the FIFA tournament’s key U.S. venues.South Africa is not part of the U.S. Visa Waiver Program and most South African passport holders require a U.S. visitor visa to travel for tourism and business purposes.
